Dear NCCA Community, The NCCA Board of Directors recently passed a proposal for a new lower level of certification for NCCA Umpires. These NCCA Level IV Umpires are permitted to stand only at the Striker’s End for the entire match, and are entitled to $22 remuneration for each match. The
